About Technojis

Technojis is a fast growing and dynamic group of companies who has its established business in iron and steel industry. Having its head office strategically base in Singapore, we serve our customers from south east asia countries and India.

Technojis has a trading business entity named “MITEC”or Modern Integration Technology Sdn Bhd incorporated in Malaysia who supplies and distributes a wide range of products, representing world class producers for steel plants, rolling mills and the cast iron and steel foundries. We emphasize on product quality with good cost saving to meet the customers’ need. We value-add with our application knowledge and service support with aim to enhance the recovery and productivity of the mills.

MITEC’s main products cover Bulk Material, Graphite Electrodes, Refractories, Consumables, Equipment, Supervisory installation and commissioning, rolls for rolling mill.

In collaboration with a Chinese design company Wuhan YouDi Technical Engineering Corporation, Technojis is capable to undertake EPCC contract to construct iron making and integrated steel making plants. We are specialized in the consultancy, engineering design, steel process optimization, equipment integration services on blast furnace, pulverised coal injection, BOS gas , hot gas power generation, hot stove, sinter plant, electric arc furnace, convertor, ladle furnace, slab and billet caster, torch cutting machine, de-dusting system, auxiliary equipments and system automations for steel making application. Our services shall also cover long product rolling mill and hot strip mill equipment and spare parts.

In the recent years, Technojis delivered projects which include furnace revamping, CCM revamping, technology know-how transfer and steel making process improvement. We introduce new steel grade development such as high Carbon Steel, High Alloy Steel, etc and hot metal charging for EAF, with aim to broaden the product range and cut down the electricity expense significantly. Presently, we operate technical service outsource contracts on both steel making plant and rolling mill.

Since 2018, The Group has entered into several joint venture projects and ventured vertically within the steel industry such as refractory manufacturing with Delong China and graphite electrode antioxidation factories set up both in Thailand and India, as well as has invested into Virtual Design & Contruction (VDC) Technology, smart city integration and smart municipal solid waste processing. At present, we are developing this new business in Malaysia and some other south east asia countries.
