Anti-Oxidation Technology

Technojis undertakes EPCC contract to construct iron making and integrated steel making plants. We are specialized in the consultancy, engineering design, steel process optimization, equipment integration services on blast furnace, pulverised coal injection, BOS gas , hot gas power generation, hot stove, sinter plant, electric arc furnace, convertor, ladle furnace, slab and billet caster, torch cutting machine, de-dusting system, auxiliary equipments and system automations for steel making application. Our solutions shall also cover EPCC of long product rolling mill and hot strip mill.
Technojis Technical Service is a new business concept whereby we play the role of outsource contractor to our steel mill and rolling mill clients. Our technical teams are experienced and come from renowned chinese steel companies. Remuneration shall be charged base on cost/ton steel production associated with reward and penalty on key performance indexes. Our technical service outsource includes:
– Operation outsource of Blast Furnace complex,
– Operation outsource of Hot metal charging in EAF and SMP
– Operation outsource of Rebar Rolling mill,
– Operation outsource of Induction furnaces,
– Total plant maintenance,
– Total refractory,
– Technology know-how transfer and new steel grade development.
Our Graphite Electrode Anti-oxidation Technology
Our technology relates to that micro-nano ceramic powder mixed in water which are filled into the porous body of graphite electrode. At a designed curing temperature, it forms a micro-nano ceramic film around the grain of graphite electrode. it is proven to effectively improve the high-temperature oxidation resistance and strength of graphite electrode, this reduces the consumption of graphite electrode used in EAF and LF.
Our factory, Heatworks Pvt, Ltd. of Jamshedpur India is currently providing graphite electrode anti-oxidation service to steel mill enterprises within India.
The Group has also incorporated Antioxidation Technology Pte Ltd (“ATPL”) as head office in Singapore with objective to promote our technology and services worldwide. it is poised to be the channel to enter collaboration and service agreements with international steel mill enterprises.
Low Temperature Self Decomposing Processor (LTSDP)
PROSPECT AND POTENTIAL
In order to tackle the problem that municipal solid waste is remotely dispersed, inconveniently gathered and transported, Technojis Enterprise Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian incorporated company enters a joint venture agreement with Hebei Tian Lang Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd (HTL) of China to apply their proprietary Smart Solid Waste Processing Technology for villages named “Low Temperature Self Decomposing Processor” (LTSDP) in Malaysia. The joint venture will first conduct a pilot test of LTSDP in Kg. Bali, Perak and later roll out more of their technologies in food waste processing and waste water treatment solution.
LTSDP shall serve as a supplement to those centralized large-scale solid waste processing station like incinerator. It therefore improves the efficient level of Solid Waste disposal in the society, realizes the harmlessness, volume reduction and resource utilization of solid waste, and effectively reduces the pollution of solid waste to the living environment.
In line with the vision of the Malaysia Smart City Framework, Technojis invests and deploys various smart energy and smart municipal solid waste processing technologies and projects for use in the cities, villages buildings and industrial applications.
